Operations Manager
We’re seeking a strategic and relational Operations Manager who is excited about bringing clarity, organisation and momentum to the ministry and mission of our church. Working closely with the Vicar as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be someone who can bring strategic oversight to our operations while gladly rolling up your sleeves when needed to handle practical details and see things through to completion.
You will shape and oversee all our operational functions, ensuring that our people, resources and buildings are effectively aligned to bring our vision to life day by day. With scope to develop robust systems, lead our administrative staff, and offer support to an exciting upcoming building redevelopment project, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us pursue our vision to Encounter Jesus, Build Community and Seek Transformation.
This is a full-time role, with a salary range of £34.5k–£41.4k.

Executive Assistant to the Vicar
Are you a highly organised and efficient administrator who is motivated to serve the church in a strategic, behind-the-scenes capacity?
We are looking for someone to play a key role in supporting and strengthening our leadership during an exciting season of church life. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support directly to the Vicar. From being a warm, welcoming first point of contact, to managing emails and diaries, coordinating service rotas, supporting meetings and driving ad-hoc projects, your work will enable our leadership to be well coordinated and operating at their best. If you can multi-task, have strong attention to detail, and are excited to help us bring our vision to life, then we would love to hear from you!
This is a part-time role, with a salary range of £29.3k–£32.7k pro rata.

Worship Ministry Assistant
Do you have a passion for worshipping God through music, experience leading sung worship on guitar or keyboard, and a desire to serve the church while growing and developing in your gifting? We’re looking for a part-time Worship Ministry Assistant to be a key part of our worship team!
This is a part-time (20 hours) role paid at London Living Wage rates: £15,392 p.a.
