We believe in an amazingly generous, loving God who has given himself to us in the person of Jesus. Our giving to him is our response to his generosity.
We encourage everyone who considers themselves to be part of the HTR family to give as they can to support the work of our church, whether through their time and skills (click here if you’re interested in serving on a team) or through their finances.
HTR is almost entirely funded by the generous financial giving of its members, whose support pays for our staff team, our buildings, and all of the work we do as a church.
We’re really grateful for any support you’re able to give, however large or small.
Ways to Give
Standing Order
The best way to give to HTR is through a monthly Standing Order.
This enables us to plan our budget strategically for the future, and to claim back Gift Aid on your behalf if you’re a UK taxpayer.

Payroll Giving via your employer
Many employers offer Payroll Giving, which enables you to give directly to HTR from your salary before tax is deducted. This means if you give £100 a month and are a basic rate taxpayer, your gift will only cost you £80 from your net pay.
If you pay a higher rate of tax, £100 a month will only cost you £60 from your net pay.
One-off gifts
You can make a one-off gift via ChurchSuite using the button below, or to avoid transaction fees, you can make a bank transfer, using the bank details above but with the reference HTR one-off gift.
Through a Charitable Aid Agency
You can give via a charitable aid agency, such as CAF, Stewardship or Charities Trust. These agencies are useful for people who give to multiple charities and wish to have their giving recorded in one place.
Legacies
Some people like to give by including HTR in their wills.
A legacy allows you to continue to support the vision of the church beyond your own life, and help others find and grow a relationship with Jesus in the future.
