Electoral Roll

The best way to find out what's going on at HTR is to sign up to our Weekly Update mailing list - click the button below to register your details.

If you consider HTR to be your home church, please sign up to be on our Electoral Roll. In the Church of England, it’s the best measure we have of church membership. So, it’s your way of saying you value being part of our church community and are committed to its life and ministry.

Being on the Roll also enables you to vote at our Annual Church Meeting.

This usually takes place in May and is an important occasion when we reflect on the past year, look forward to the coming year, consider our financial situation and elect Churchwardens and Church Council members.

To stand for election to the Church Council, you need to have been on the Roll for at least six months.

You can be on the Roll if you have been baptised, are aged 16 or over, and either live in the Parish, or live outside and have worshipped with us regularly for at least six months. You can sign up and be added at any time by completing an application form.
